2.2.1 on conclusion of a purchase order certain of your personal information or information in respect of the products purchased will be made available to the courier, to allow the courier to contact you in order to determine particulars for the delivery of an order;

information about you for purposes of identity verification;

5 CREDIT CARD SECURITY AND PRIVACY

 

5.1 Should you provide us with credit card details for payment of orders, we will keep that information in the strictest confidence and such information will not be sold or made known to third parties except insofar as is required for executing a payment or as permitted by law.

 

5.2 Credit card transaction will be facilitated for Minki by an online payment processing solution, PayFast (Pty) Ltd (“PayFast”) (or such other payment method as may be approved and/or determined by us in writing from time to time). PayFast uses the strictest encryption; go to https://www.payfast.co.za/ to view their security certificate and security policy. Minki will ensure that the aforesaid online payment processing solution (or other approved/determined payment method, if applicable) uses the strictest encryption and will procure that their security certificate and security policy is made available to you upon request.

 

5.3 No credit card details are stored on the website and will be kept separate from other

user information.
